AC 300 – Water-Based Water-Repellent Treatment for Bricks, Cotto and Terracotta

AC 300 is a high-penetrating, water-based, water-repellent impregnating treatment developed for terracotta bricks and Cotto, as well as other porous mineral materials. It is particularly recommended for application before installation, where it protects the material during the grouting process, making grouting, washing and final cleaning significantly easier.

The treatment provides strong water-repellent properties that protect surfaces against rising dampness and help prevent the formation of efflorescence, salts, algae, mould, dark damp marks, peeling and detachments. This makes AC 300 an effective long-term protection solution for both indoor and outdoor applications.

AC 300 penetrates deeply into the material without forming a surface film, preserving the natural breathability of the substrate. It does not alter the original colour, tone or appearance of the treated surface and does not interfere with the adhesion of adhesives or grouts.
