Professional Metal Bond Diamonds for Super Hard Concrete

Lavina White Metal Bond Diamonds are specifically engineered for grinding super hard concrete with a Mohs hardness of 8–10. Manufactured with an extra soft metal bond, these tools wear at the correct rate on extremely dense concrete, continuously exposing fresh diamonds to maintain cutting performance and minimise glazing.

Grinding very hard concrete with an unsuitable bond often results in the diamonds becoming polished over, significantly reducing cutting efficiency. The White bond is designed to overcome this by allowing the bond matrix to wear progressively, keeping the diamond particles exposed for consistent stock removal and longer productive grinding.

Available in both Single Segment and Double Segment configurations, Lavina White Metal Bond Diamonds fit Lavina Quick Change machines and can also be used on many other floor grinders with the appropriate conversion plates.
