Flexible Ceramic Edge Pads for Concrete

Razor Ceramic Edge Grinding Pads are designed for professional edge grinding, scratch removal and detailed concrete preparation. Available in 4″ and 5″ diameters, these flexible ceramic pads combine the cutting performance of a grinding cup with the control needed for working along edges, corners, steps and confined areas where larger floor grinders cannot reach.

Suitable for both wet and dry applications, Razor Ceramic Pads provide consistent performance across a wide range of concrete preparation and polishing projects. Operating at an optimum speed of approximately 3,500–5,000 RPM, they deliver fast scratch removal while maintaining excellent control and surface consistency.

Available in 30, 50, 100 and 200 grit, Razor Ceramic Pads are ideal for removing scratches left by metal bond diamonds, blending repaired areas and refining concrete surfaces before progressing to resin polishing pads. Their flexible construction allows the pad to follow slight surface variations, producing a more uniform finish along edges and around obstacles.
