A3 YELLOW is a wet polishing powder for restoring and maintaining the shine of marble and other lime-based materials. Its wax-free formula reacts with the surface to produce a deep, vitreous finish with clarity of shine, while leaving lasting resistance to dirt and foot traffic.

How to Use

Preparation

• Test on a small, unexposed area or unused piece of material before treating the whole surface.
• Clean thoroughly to remove dust and dirt, and protect adjacent surfaces that are not being treated.
• Work in sections of approximately 2 m².
• The surface should be as dry as possible. Slightly damp surfaces can be treated, but never apply to wet surfaces.
• Apply at a surface temperature between +5°C and +40°C. Do not apply to overly heated surfaces.
• On recently laid or grouted surfaces, wait until the adhesive or grout has cured completely.

Polishing

• Place 1–2 spoonfuls of powder onto the section to be treated.
• Add enough water to form an easily distributed creamy, fluid paste. As a rough guide, use around two spoonfuls of water for each spoonful of powder.
• Immediately work the paste with a single-disc machine fitted with a white pad. Cover the section evenly, passing over each part the same number of times.
• Keep the mixture creamy throughout application. Add small amounts of water as needed and do not allow the product to dry.
• Continue buffing until maximum shine is reached. Check progress by clearing a small area with a squeegee mop or similar.
• Once the required shine is achieved, vacuum or remove the residues before moving to the next section.

After grinding or on particularly worn surfaces: pass over each section at least 20–25 times with the single-disc machine.

For shine maintenance: 10–15 passes per section are sufficient. Use a slightly smaller quantity of powder, around 1–2 spoonfuls per section.

After application, equipment can be washed with water.
